Once again we are delighted to announce two Flower Power Fair (Flower Power Fair website) dates for the forthcoming season from 10.00am to 4.00pm on Sunday 4th April and Monday 30th August 2010.
These Fairs provide access to some of the North's most passionate and prominent nurseries and plant growers who provide rare, unusual, good quality and reasonably priced plants. Many of the plants on offer are no longer readily available and this, combined with the expert advice and knowledge that these keen plants people are only too happy to share, makes these days enormously rewarding and enjoyable.
Entry to the Fairs is £3.00 and this also provides access to the entire 40 acres of Priory grounds, formal gardens and woodland walks. The House will be open to the public on an informal walkround basis from 11.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 4.00pm. The Tearooms in the old Priory kitchens will also be open throughout the day providing a wide range of home-made cakes and teas.
This is now the third year of Flower Power fairs at Newburgh Priory and with the enormous success of the previous two we look forward to their return this April.
